  Been with this branch since I bought my house and transfer all my family accounts with them too. They have very low interest rate, which I loved on home and care loans, got both loans. I deal with Erika, she is sweet, professional and kind and helpful person. She also got me small personal loan approved as well. All over, all the staffs are nice nd friendly. Few of the staff Allready knows who I am and knows me by my name, get my transaction going before I can even pull my ID out. Thank you all.

  A very close friend of mine and his 94 year old mother.went to the branch on Avon road to make a withdraw.now keep in mind he is near 60 years old.when at the window to make the withdrawal the teller told her that the system was down and not working. After them standing there a few minutes she needed to sit down. About 7-10 minutes had went buy . And they noticed that the Oakland county sheriff department cars were pulling into the parking lot. They entered the building and went straight over to him and his mother. The problem was that the branch manager Elizabeth thought that the son was forcing the mother to withdraw money from her account. After talking with them and she assured them that that was not the case. I think this was a very bad judgment call on behalf of the branch manager. There must be another way to go about this without . Embarrassing and humiliating a almost 95 year old woman who has been a long time member with them she joined then she told me back in the 1950 s . Now his mother is to embarrassed to even step foot back in there. And I can't say I blame her after being a customer for over 60 years there. Needless to say that she plans on removing and closing all of her accounts after her certificates matures

  Switched to do all my banking through Genysis over a year ago, overall I am very satisfied. I have two loans (auto and personal) and a mortgage through them. Very competitive rates throughout.

  The American flag outside of this branch is at half-staff, for no apparent reason, and is horribly tattered. Why?
